Maxwell Leadership Training

The U.S. Special Operations Command intends to award a sole source contract for Maxwell Leadership Training to Maxwell Leadership, Inc. The contract includes 35 "The 5 Levels of Leadership Workshop" kits and coaches, "4 Dimensions of Culture Workshop" kits and coaches, "Discovering your Authentic Leadership Style" corporate training for 35 personnel, and 315 hours of 1:1 coaching calls from Maxwell Leadership coaches. The training program is designed to support the Government's High Performing Leader training program. The curriculum kits will be utilized by 35 command designated high performing leaders within the Government during two days of in-person training and throughout 9 months of 1:1 coaching calls from Maxwell Leadership coaches. • The contract is for a sole source award due to the proprietary nature of the curriculum kits and coaching services. • The products required are only available from Maxwell Leadership, Inc. • The "Discovering your Authentic Leadership Style" corporate training is proprietary intellectual property that only Maxwell Leadership, Inc. is licensed to train. • The Government has determined that no other vendor offers the supplies and services that meet their needs.
