RFQ - Parts, Calibration Gas, and Supplies for CMI Intoxilyzers, Long-term Price Agreement

The State of Oregon, Department of State Police is seeking a long-term price agreement for the purchase of parts, calibration gas, and supplies for CMI Intoxilyzers. The agreement will be for a period of 5 years, with the option to extend up to 10 years. The contractor will be required to provide a large variety of parts and supplies for the Intoxilyzer 8000 & 9000 to allow technicians to maintain, repair, and calibrate Oregon's breath alcohol testers. • The contractor must be able to provide "dry gas" for the purpose of intox machine calibration in various formats and specifications. • The contractor must be able to provide a large variety of parts and supplies for the Intoxilyzer 8000 & 9000. • The contractor must have the ability and experience in providing the goods offered. • The contractor must attach full price lists for the goods offered and include a proposal for handling freight costs.
