Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide Dragoon Tents or equal. The tent should be between 11ft and 15ft in length and width, and have an interior height of between 6-7ft. The tent must include features such as a tan, green, or subdued color scheme, packed dimensions of less than 35” x 20” x 20”, and a footprint area of between 120-190 sq ft. The tent should also have an 8-person capacity, ground and sand/snow stakes, a carrying bag/container with handles and wheels, and weigh less than or equal to 50 lbs. The tent body should be constructed of no less than 70D Ripstop Nylon with 5,000mm+ waterproof urethane coating and DWR finish.
• The tent should have HVAC duct connections (supply and return duct) and be a 4-season tent.
• The tent should have no less than four doors and internal loops for hanging lights.
• The removable floor should be constructed of no less than 210 Oxford Nylon with 5,000mm+ waterproof urethane coating and DWR finish.
The contractor will be required to provide a proposal that includes a proposal price worksheet, technical capability, and offeror information document. The evaluation criteria will include technical capability, past performance, and price.
