Delinquent Tax Attorney

Paris Junior College is seeking a qualified law firm to provide delinquent property tax collection services within the taxing area of the college. The selected firm will be responsible for collecting delinquent taxes, penalties, and interest owed to the college, as well as providing legal assistance and opinions to the college and the Tax Assessor-Collector. The firm must have at least five years of experience in delinquent tax collection and be licensed by the State Bar of Texas. • The firm must have a minimum of five years of experience in filing and processing delinquent tax collection claims. • The firm must have at least five years of experience in delinquent tax collection. • The firm must be licensed by the State Bar of Texas as a licensed attorney to perform legal services and conform to the highest ethical standards of attorney practices and professional services. • The firm must provide a website and post tax sale property listings for the benefit of the public and provide internet accessible property tax sales and resale information over the internet. • The firm must provide a toll-free 800 telephone number for PJC taxpayers.
