The goal of the project is to support approximately 20-30 homeowners in advancing their infill housing projects towards permit readiness. Some key aspects of the project include: • Developing educational curriculum and networking opportunities for low-income homeowners • Providing technical assistance and pre-development support to eligible homeowners • Coordinating with other professionals and stakeholders to support project goals • Ensuring accessibility and cultural competence in all programming and services • Reporting on progress and evaluating program efficacy

Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

The maximum funding available for this opportunity is $1,347,500, with up to $200,000 available per consultant for Workstream 1 and up to $500,000 available per consultant for Workstream 2. The actual budget will depend on the scope of work, the number of consultants selected, and the specific services provided. Based on the scope of work and the funding available, a reasonable estimate for the budget range could be $100,000 to $500,000. However, this is highly speculative and the actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the specifics of the project.
