Description
The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for preventive maintenance and as needed electrical repair/installation services at the Rio Grande State Supported Living Center (RGSSLC). The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew. The scope of work includes quarterly and annual electrical preventive maintenance, as well as repair and installation services as needed.
• The contractor will be required to perform work during normal working hours, unless otherwise specified.
• The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• The contractor will be required to provide a detailed schedule of work to be performed, including timelines and milestones.
• The contractor will be required to provide a plan for emergency situations, including power outages and electrical hazards.
