Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline

The University of Oklahoma is seeking a contractor to implement a statewide, no-charge, and convenient multi-modal tobacco use cessation service to assist tobacco users in quitting. The service will be based on the recommendations of the North American Quitline Consortium and will provide phone, live text, and digital support services. The contractor will be required to provide technical assistance and advice to healthcare professionals, maintain a flexible fax-, web-, and electronic referral program, and administer an incentive program to a subset of participants. The contractor will also be required to support an independent evaluation of the Helpline and provide data extracts to the evaluator on a monthly basis. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing multi-modal tobacco cessation services to Oklahoma adults • Maintaining a flexible referral program and providing feedback to referral sources • Administering an incentive program to a subset of participants • Supporting an independent evaluation of the Helpline • Providing data extracts to the evaluator on a monthly basis • Collaborating with the University and other stakeholders to advance contract goals and objectives
