The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is seeking a qualified Transit Advertising Agency to manage, sell, and execute advertising across its transit assets—including buses, light rail vehicles, stations, and other designated properties. The selected vendor will develop and implement a comprehensive advertising sales strategy that maximizes revenue, ensures brand consistency, and aligns with CATS operational and community standards. The contract is anticipated to be multi‑year with a total project value ranging from $1 million to nearly $5 million. • Manage advertising inventory on buses, light‑rail vehicles, stations, and other transit properties. • Create and execute a sales strategy to maximize revenue while maintaining brand and community standards. • Provide full insurance coverage (automobile, general liability, workers’ compensation) as required. • Deliver ongoing advertising campaign management and reporting throughout the contract term.
