The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking an independent contractor with expertise in utility revenue analysis to provide technical assistance for FirstEnergy’s multi‑year distribution rate cases (Case Nos. 26‑0347‑EL‑AIR, 26‑0348‑EL‑ATA, 26‑0349‑EL‑AAM, and 26‑0350‑EL‑UNC). The contractor will determine the appropriate revenue requirement, including rate‑base, operating income, and overall revenue requirements (excluding rate of return).
