The Kenai Peninsula Borough seeks a qualified firm to provide comprehensive marketing and auction services for the sale of approximately 15‑20 parcels of borough‑owned land. The work includes developing a marketing plan, listing parcels on the Alaska MLS, creating signage, managing a live public out‑cry (simulcast) auction, and conducting a follow‑up online‑only auction for any unsold parcels, with full bid tabulation, receipt issuance, and closing documentation. The contractor must supply licensed real‑estate brokerage services, auctioneer staffing, equipment, and an online bidding platform, and must deliver all required deliverables on the schedule outlined.
