The Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Indianapolis is seeking a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to replace and expand the secondary electrical distribution system for the A‑Wing of Building 1, as well as modify the primary campus distribution to support those improvements. Work includes panel replacement, new distribution routing, and associated utility work in Buildings 01 (A‑Wing), 23, and surrounding exterior areas, following detailed contract drawings and specifications. This is a construction‑type contract subject to FAR and VAAR change‑order provisions, with a strict SDVOSB set‑aside requirement. • Replace secondary electrical panels and expand distribution in the A‑Wing of Building 1. • Modify primary campus electrical system to support the new secondary distribution. • Perform work in Building 01 (A‑Wing), Building 23, and adjacent exterior/utility areas per contract drawings. • Must be a SDVOSB or qualifying joint venture, with certification in the SBA database and compliance with non‑manufacturer and subcontracting rules.
