The State of Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance and repair services for pressure washer systems at the Princess Anne shop. The contract will be for a 4-year period, with no option periods. The vendor will be required to provide quarterly preventative maintenance, repair calls as needed, and deliver chemicals. The vendor must have at least 3 years of experience in providing maintenance and repairs to pressure washer systems and must be an authorized repair facility/dealer for a major pressure cleaning equipment manufacturer. • The vendor must provide all labor, equipment, and vehicles necessary to complete the work. • The vendor must have a minimum of $1,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance. • The vendor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to its activities and obligations under the contract. • The vendor must provide a "not to exceed" estimate for all work and must obtain approval from the State before performing any work.
