Description
The Columbia School District is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the lease of ten new school buses to support safe and reliable pupil transportation. The buses must be 77 passenger diesel buses with a three-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. The lease term is three years, and delivery is expected by July 2026. Vendors must submit pricing for both unlimited mileage and 15,000 miles per year lease options. The district will evaluate proposals based on total lease cost, vehicle specs and compliance, warranty and service support, vendor experience, and contract terms and flexibility.
• The district requires a signed cover letter, completed pricing tables, vehicle specifications, warranty documentation, service plan and locations, and references from at least three current school districts.
• The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and award in the best interest of the district.
• Proposals must include a completed Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certification and a Familial Disclosure Affidavit.
