25AQP001 - Residential Wood Combustion (RWC) Activity and Emissions Quantification

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is seeking a contractor to develop a comprehensive, California-specific emissions inventory for Residential Wood Combustion (RWC). The contractor will collect representative activity data on RWC from selected regions across California, develop a methodology to extrapolate the regional activity data to the statewide level, estimate emissions of PM2.5 and other criteria pollutants using the updated activity data, and validate the developed emissions inventory. The contract term will be for 18 months, with a total budget of $149,999.99. The contractor will be required to submit a detailed proposal, including a technical proposal, cost proposal, and other supporting documents.
