Notice of Intent to Award/Sole Source- Propane Services- Tsaile Health Center

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Tsaile Health Center, intends to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to Nations Gas Technologies, INC, for propane delivery services. The proposed contractor shall provide delivery of liquefied petroleum gas services for the Tsaile Health Center consisting of one one-year base period plus four one-year option periods. The services need to meet hospital liquefied petroleum gas and propane requirements. • The base period is from 04/01/2026 to 03/31/2027. • The first option period is from 04/01/2027 to 03/31/2028. • The second option period is from 04/01/2028 to 03/31/2029. • The third option period is from 04/01/2029 to 03/31/2030. • The fourth option period is from 04/01/2030 to 03/31/2031.
