Description
The State of Colorado, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is providing notice of a final settlement with Berry Trucking & Excavating Inc. for the Lost Mule Project. The notice is for any person or entity that has an unpaid claim against the project, and they must file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim before the final settlement date. The project involves the construction of a project, and the claims can be for labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender, rental machinery, tools or equipment and other supplies used or consumed by the contractor or any of its subcontractors.
