Description
The Warren County Board of Supervisors is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors for grass cutting and grounds maintenance services at the Warren County Jail. The selected contractor will provide all labor, equipment, supervision, materials, fuel, transportation, insurance, and incidentals necessary to perform the required services. The proposal documents can be obtained electronically or in person from the Warren County Purchasing Department.
• The proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Sealed Bid – Grass Cutting and Grounds Maintenance Services".
• A site visit may be held on August 19, 2026, at 9:00 am, CST at the jail facility, and attendance is mandatory.

• The Warren County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and award the contract to the proposer whose proposal is determined to be in the best interest of Warren County.
