The Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive lawn‑care services at its Montgomery laboratory campus (525 Carter Hill Road) under a multi‑year Master Agreement. The scope includes bi‑weekly mowing, edging, weed eating, and debris removal; an annual tree and shrub trimming service; monthly pesticide and herbicide applications (excluding grass fertilization); and bi‑annual installation of longleaf pine straw around trees. All work inside the gated area must be performed on weekdays between 8 am‑3 pm. The contract will run through September 30, 2031, with annual renewals and a total contract ceiling of $25,000.
• Bi‑weekly mowing and edging of specified building perimeter and parking lot areas.
• Annual tree, shrub, and crepe‑myrtle pruning with debris removal.
• Monthly pesticide (ant‑bed) and herbicide (weed) applications on non‑grass surfaces.
