On-Call Single Family Plan Review

The City of Bellevue Development Services Department is seeking qualified single-family plan review consultants to perform on-call plan review of various projects in Bellevue, Washington. The services include plan review of single-family permit documents for compliance with the building and energy codes. The term of the awarded contract will be for 5 years. The City may award multiple agreements from this RFQ, and work on these agreements will be on an as-needed basis. The City does not guarantee any minimum amount of work. • The selected consultant will be expected to enter into a contract with the City. • The consultant must comply with the City of Bellevue equal opportunity requirements. • The consultant must maintain insurance that is sufficient to protect their business against all applicable risks. • The consultant must provide a written statement to all new employees and subcontractors indicating their commitment as an equal opportunity employer. • The consultant must consider all eligible employees for promotion or advancement when promotion or advancement opportunities have existed.
