Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks market research for a future contract to provide daily multifamily mortgage‑insurance premium review and related administrative services. The contractor would be responsible for entering endorsement data, processing premium reviews, handling mortgage‑record changes, managing terminations, and supporting the HUD Multifamily Insurance Operations Branch through a fully digital PeopleSoft‑based workflow. The work is performed off‑site, requires rapid turnaround (1‑3 business days per transaction), and will be measured against strict performance metrics outlined in the Performance Work Statement.
• Perform data entry of HUD Form 290 endorsements and final endorsements within 3 business days.
• Conduct premium reviews for insured advances, completions, and loan modifications with 1‑2 business‑day turnaround.
• Manage mortgage‑record changes, terminations, and related communications, providing lender notifications within 1 business day.
• Maintain electronic project files on HUD SharePoint and update a contractor‑provided tracking tool in near‑real‑time.
• Meet monthly reporting requirements and adhere to HUD’s quality‑control and records‑management standards.
