The Department of State Hospitals at Atascadero is seeking a qualified contractor to provide ongoing maintenance, repair, and parts replacement for four Toyota pallet jacks used throughout the facility. The contractor must supply all labor, tools, transportation, insurance, and certifications, and respond to work orders on a same‑day or within‑five‑day basis, adhering to strict performance and security requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance every 500 operating hours on each of the four pallet jacks.
