Description
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is seeking a contractor to provide 5-gallon water and water cooler rental services for two separate government locations. The contractor will be responsible for delivering bottled water, picking up empty bottles, and performing routine maintenance on the water dispensers. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
• The contractor must provide a firm fixed price quote for the services.
• The contractor must submit an electronic copy of their technical and price quote to the Contract Specialist, Shenika Butler.
• The contractor must include a cover letter with their submission, which includes their name, business mailing address, unique entity identifier, taxpayer identification number, CAGE code, NAICS code, and primary and alternate points of contact.
• The contractor must provide documentation that clearly shows the bottom loading water cooler equipment quoted meets or exceeds the specifications identified in the Statement of Work (SOW) section 2.2.
