Invitation for Internet and Wide Area Network Services

The Navajo Department of Workforce Development seeks a vendor to deliver dedicated high‑speed internet at its central hub and to build a private wide‑area network linking nine remote sites across the Navajo Nation. The contract runs for three years, beginning May 1 2026, and includes both recurring service fees and one‑time equipment/installation costs. Vendors must meet strict SLA metrics, provide equipment upgrades (preferably fiber), and be able to scale bandwidth in the future. • Provide 1 Gbps dedicated internet service at the Window Rock hub. • Deliver private WAN transport (100 Mbps to five sites, 20‑50 Mbps to four sites) using fiber where feasible, otherwise microwave or copper. • Supply, install, and certify all required networking equipment, separate from recurring service fees, and honor a 99 % availability SLA with penalties.
