Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the George Washington Carver Complex. The contract period is for one year, and the vendor must provide services for the total cleanable square feet of the building. The vendor must also understand and agree that the state agency may add or delete areas of the building at any time during the term of the contract. The vendor must perform all services as required in a consistent manner satisfactory to and acceptable by the state agency.
