Annual Provider for Bottled Gas Services

The Greenville Electric Utility System (GEUS) is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to provide bottled gas services for GEUS facilities. The scope of services includes the supply, delivery, and exchange of bottled gases such as oxygen, acetylene, nitrogen, and other specialty gases as required. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying filled cylinders and exchanging empty cylinders as needed, providing timely delivery and pickup services, ensuring all cylinders and equipment meet current safety and regulatory standards, and offering emergency delivery or refill services when necessary. • The contract will be in effect from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, with the option to renew annually for up to four additional one-year periods. • Vendors must be able to supply EPA Protocol Gases as needed, prepared and certified in accordance with EPA Traceability Protocol for Assay and Certification of Gaseous Calibration Standards (EPA Protocol No. 1). • GEUS reserves the right to award to the vendor that best meets the needs of the utility based on price, service, and reliability.
