Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Everbridge renewal and consolidation services. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Everbridge and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their bid. The scope of work includes providing COTS software, installation and training services, and manufacturer's software warranty and maintenance. The evaluation criteria for award will be based on conformance with the scope of work, price, and delivery schedule.
Some key points to consider are:
• The contractor must be a Master Contractor under the COTS 2012 Master Contract.
• The contractor must provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor if requested.
• The contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free.
• The contractor must furnish all agreements and terms and conditions expected to be signed or adhered to by the State.
