DIAGNOSE Program Management and IT Strategy Support Source of Sought

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is seeking a contractor to provide program management and IT strategy support for the Data-Informed, IT Alignment, Governance, Navigation, Oversight, Strategy, and Execution (DIAGNOSE) contract. The contractor will support CMS in developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy, providing program management services, and delivering IT solutions to enhance the agency's capacity to plan, oversee, and deliver mission-critical IT and business initiatives. The scope of work includes tasks such as IT strategy implementation, program and project management support, communications strategy and organizational change management, IT governance, and IT investments. • Support the development and execution of the CMS IT strategy • Provide program and project management services to support the Medicare Payment Systems Modernization (MPSM) effort • Deliver communications strategy and organizational change management services to support the adoption of new IT initiatives • Support the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks and decision-making structures • Provide IT investment analysis and portfolio management services to ensure maximum value and alignment with enterprise priorities
