Description
The Norfolk Naval Shipyard is seeking to procure a one-year advertising campaign contract to support the sourcing and recruiting of talent to supplement current operations within C1102PE. The contract will require the procurement of an advertising bundle that includes media place-based, out-of-home advertising with over 300 digital displays in the Hampton Roads and Outer Banks markets. The contractor will be responsible for designing video and real-time motion graphics, publishing and changing displayed images, and providing a reach of nearly 400 retail, restaurant, and fitness locations. The contract period of performance is 364 days from the contract award date.
