he City University of New York is now inviting qualified law firms experienced in asbestos litigation and toxic tort defense to provide, on an as needed basis, legal advice and representation to the University in connection with the defense of asbestos‑related claims, including the review and handling of a pending asbestos exposure lawsuit, advising the University on necessary legal steps, representing the University in all matters related to such litigation, and providing the University with an understanding of its legal rights and obligations.
