The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking Architectural/Engineering Firms to submit Standard Form (SF) 330s for the replacement of three Air Handling Units (AHU) in the OPC building at the Veterans Affairs Central California Health Care System. The project includes replacing the AHU and all necessary ancillary components, including return, exhaust, humidity control, and monitoring equipment. The selected firm will provide A and E design services for the project. The period of performance is approximately 245 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued.
Key points to consider:
• The project is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside under the Veterans First Contracting program.
• The Government will evaluate SF 330s received in response to this notice to identify at least three of the most highly qualified SDVOSB firms to perform the required services.
• The Government will then hold discussions/interviews with the most highly qualified SDVOSB firms based on the evaluation factors listed in the notice.
• Firms that meet the requirements described in the announcement are invited to submit one electronic copy of their SF 330 package via email to Alison Weinstein and Jose A. Hernandez by March 9, 2026, at 8:00 AM PT.
