Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

Based on typical market rates for specialized rent‑revenue audit work in New York City, a qualified accounting firm could charge roughly $150‑$250 k per year for a single audit category, with higher fees for firms covering multiple categories. Over the three‑year base term, total contract value is likely to fall between $500 k and $2 M, depending on the number of audit assignments and the breadth of services performed. Larger firms with extensive experience may command the upper end, while smaller boutique firms focusing on one or two audit types may be nearer the lower end.
