Description
The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is seeking qualified contractors to provide installation, repair, cleaning, removal, motor replacement, and emergency response services for large‑capacity commercial/industrial chillers (≥2,000 tons). The contract covers at least 26 chillers located at five district sites and will run for a three‑year term, with ongoing emergency support for minor repairs. Contractors must have experience with high‑capacity HVAC systems and be able to respond quickly to emergency service calls.
