Dyed Diesel Fuel Deliveries for City of Waco

The City of Waco is seeking vendors to provide dyed diesel fuel deliveries. The contract is for a 24-month period with options to renew for three additional one-year periods. The city requires the vendor to provide all plant, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to fulfill the scope of services. The vendor must also provide a detailed scope of services and specifications, including fuel quality, delivery requirements, and emergency delivery procedures. The city will evaluate proposals based on price, supply, prior experience, delivery, emergency delivery, and fuel measurement and invoice reconciliation. • The city estimates that the quantity of fuel required will be approximately 1.5 million gallons per year. • The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance and a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the submission. • The city reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive any defects or irregularities in the bidding process. • The contract will be awarded to the most qualified vendor based on the evaluation criteria. • The city will not reimburse proposers for any costs incurred during the preparation or submission of responses to this solicitation.
