Lab Accreditation Services

The Defense Health Agency is seeking lab accreditation services for The Defense Centers for Public Health-Aberdeen (DCPH-A). The contractor will provide lab accreditation services in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, TNI Standards: 2016, Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) accreditation. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract with a base period and four option periods. The contractor will be required to provide pricing for all line items, and the government will evaluate the offeror's total proposed price for completeness and reasonableness. • The contract will be for a base period of one year with four option periods, each for one year. • The contractor will be required to provide lab accreditation services for DCPH-A. • The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. • The government will evaluate the offeror's total proposed price for completeness and reasonableness.
