Janitorial and Carpet Cleaning Services

The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial and carpet cleaning services for their leased spaces. The services will include cleaning of halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, common areas, test room areas, and storage room areas. The contract will be a five-year blanket purchase agreement. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, supervision, inspections, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and other items to perform the services. • The services will be performed in accordance with the schedule provided. • The contractor must have the necessary expertise and resources to perform the services.
