Unleaded Fuel Deliveries for City of Waco

The City of Waco is seeking vendors to provide fuel delivery for unleaded fuel. The contract is to include the furnishing of all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and the performance of all operations required to furnish unleaded motor fuel as used by the City of Waco. The intent of the specifications is to describe, for acquisition purposes, material/services providing the best performance at the best total cost. Key aspects of the job include: • Spillage and cleanup: The Offeror is responsible for all spillage that may occur during transit, loading, or unloading. • Delivery requirements: The Offeror must provide and deliver unleaded motor fuel in accordance with Federal, State of Texas, and City of Waco regulations and ordinances for the product of this type. • Pricing options: Base Proposal Pricing - Rack Plus Fuel Bid Pricing Terms. • Contract duration: The City will enter into a twenty-four (24) month contract, with options to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
