The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to supply ten (10) four‑passenger golf carts for use on VA property. The carts may be electric or gasoline‑powered, must meet the safety features listed in Section B.4 (LED headlights, tail/brake lights, turn signals, mirrors, horn), and can be either low‑speed vehicles (LSVs) or non‑LSVs limited to 19 mph.
