Shiloh Valley Elementary Lighting

Union County Public Schools is seeking a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to remove existing lighting fixtures and install new lighting fixtures as indicated on the engineer's drawings, specifications, and associated lighting schedules at Shiloh Valley Elementary School. The project includes the installation of new lighting fixtures, removal and disposal of existing fixtures, and making all necessary electrical connections. The contractor must ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations, including the National Electrical Code (NEC). • The project requires the contractor to field verify all existing conditions prior to procurement and installation. • The contractor must ensure that all lighting installations are complete, properly secured, operational, and installed in a neat and workmanlike manner. • The contractor must comply with the E-Verify requirements and the Iran Divestment Act. • The contractor must provide a performance bond and a payment bond. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and other required documents. The project is expected to start on May 5, 2026, and the deadline for bid submission is also May 5, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 22, 2026, and attendance is mandatory.
