The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, CA is seeking a vendor to provide two perpetual VxWorks 7 software licenses and two support/maintenance contracts on a firm‑fixed‑price basis. The award will be made to an authorized Wind River distributor, with a primary set‑aside for Women‑Owned Small Businesses. The vendor must demonstrate authorized distributorship, submit a capability statement, and meet delivery by 30 Nov 2026.
