Preparation, Analysis, Data Management, and Reporting of Filters Particulate Matter (PM) Monitoring Network including the Sheridan SLAMS Meteorological Station

The State of Wyoming is seeking a qualified vendor to provide preparation, analysis, data management, and reporting of filters particulate matter (PM) monitoring network, including the Sheridan SLAMS meteorological station. The selected vendor will be responsible for performing routine operations, data reporting, and maintenance for a period of two years, with the option to extend the contract for up to six years. The vendor will need to provide laboratory filter preparation, analysis, data management, and reporting for the WDEQ-AQD’s SLAMS and NCore PM monitoring networks. The vendor will also be responsible for routine maintenance, operation, and reporting of the Sheridan PD MET and visibility station monitoring network. Some key requirements include: • Providing micro-gravimetric filter preparation, analysis, data management, and reporting • Performing routine field activities and operations for the MET monitoring station • Providing data management and reporting for the monitoring station • Ensuring a minimum data recovery of 75% per calendar quarter for each monitoring parameter • Providing weekly progress reports during the site preparation and transition period • Uploading camera images to the AQD’s Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) at 15-minute intervals • Providing electronic quarterly project reports to the WDEQ-AQD’s IMPACT System
