Description
The VA is seeking a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to design, install, and integrate a cloud‑managed CTX video‑surveillance system at its Palestine Community‑Based Outpatient Clinic. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, networking, servers, cameras, switches, UPS, displays, and related software, perform site surveys, install cabling per code, configure the OpenEye Web Services platform, and deliver a one‑year warranty with emergency‑repair response capability. The award will be a base‑year contract with four optional one‑year extensions.
• Install a complete IP‑based surveillance system (≈13 interior cameras, 4 exterior cameras, server, switches, UPS, workstations, displays).
• Provide networking infrastructure (Cat 6A cabling, PoE switches) and outbound Internet service for cloud video management.
• Deliver ongoing annual maintenance, subscription licensing, and 24–48‑hour emergency repair services throughout the contract period.
