Description
Texoma Community Center is seeking proposals from established, qualified, and experienced janitorial service professionals to maintain the Center's Office in Bonham. The Center is a community center under Chapter 534 of the Texas Health and Safety Code and is classified by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. The proposal should include instructions, requirements, and deadlines presented in RFP # TCC27004.
• The Center has approximately 170 full-time, part-time, and PRN employees.
• The Center operates approximately nine facility locations within the service area of Cooke, Grayson, and Fannin Counties.
• Proposals must be submitted via electronic mail or hand delivery no later than 10:00 A.M. (CST), Monday, August 17, 2026.
• The Center reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities and reasonable irregularities in submitted documents.
• The Center will not pay for any costs incurred by proposers in the preparation and/or submission of a proposal.
