Description
The County of Lake is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive employee wellness services to the Lake County Sheriff's Office. The services should support organizational wellness, prevention, resilience, and leadership engagement, while recognizing the unique operational demands of law enforcement. The scope of work includes monthly wellness sessions, leadership coaching, peer support consultation, critical incident readiness, and personal wellness training. The contract is for an initial term of one year, with an option to renew.
