Description
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting bids for a single customer home modification and assistive accessibility technology equipment to support a TWC Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Division (VRD) customer’s independence, mobility, and access within their home located in Hutto, TX. The scope of work includes the purchase and installation of accessibility equipment, such as handrails, personal care devices, and remodeling services. The contract term will commence on the fully executed contract date and expire on August 31, 2026. The contract is contingent upon the continued availability of funding.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide the goods and/or services described in the solicitation and agree to abide by all TWC terms and conditions.
• The bidder must complete, sign, date, and return Form 1 – Execution of Bid.
• The bidder must provide cost information in the format set forth in Form 2 – Cost Sheet.
• The bidder must complete Form 3 – Financial Questionnaire unless it is a governmental entity.
