Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide housekeeping services for their office located at 216 Aquarius Dr. in Homewood, Alabama. The services will be required twice a week, with one service mid-week and the other on the weekend. The vendor must be familiar with the office area and follow PFGB rules regarding safety and privacy. The office space is approximately 5200 sqft and includes private offices, file rooms, break rooms, conference rooms, hallways, restrooms, and a lobby/reception area. The vendor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all areas, including doors, windows, furniture, and floors. The contract duration is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.
• The vendor must provide all necessary equipment and supplies.
• The vendor must be available to correct any discrepancies with service within 2 hours of stated complaints.
• The vendor must remain professional at all times.
• The vendor must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
