Employee Wellness Platform and Related Services

The County of Montgomery is seeking a vendor to provide an employee wellness platform and related services. The platform should include web and mobile capabilities, health assessments, single sign-on, lifestyle management and condition support digital health programs, connections with wearable devices, an individualized rewards/incentive program, and a web-portal containing health resources, tools, and tracking. The vendor should also provide health challenges and gamification.
