Description
The U.S. Naval Test Pilot School (USNTPS) is seeking a sole‑source contractor to provide flight‑demonstration support for its Qualitative Evaluation (QE) program. The contractor must supply two aircraft – one MD‑600N and one MI‑35 – and qualified safety pilots to conduct a total of 24 demonstration flight hours (14 hours in the MD‑600N and 10 hours in the MI‑35) during September 2026 at KCEW Airport. The effort includes pre‑flight briefings, aircraft maintenance, logistics, provision of flight gear, and full documentation (maintenance logs, pilot certificates, etc.) for USNTPS inspection. All work is performed on a firm‑fixed‑price basis; proposals must be submitted by 9 A.M. EST on 25 Aug 2026.
