Gwinnett County seeks a single vendor to design, host, and operate a fully‑featured, cloud‑based short‑term‑rental (STR) licensing portal and monitoring system for the county’s unincorporated areas. The provider will manage the entire licensing lifecycle, collect and retain all license fees, provide owner outreach, maintain a GIS‑enabled map of STR properties, and deliver monthly compliance and revenue reports. The solution must meet stringent security standards (SOC 2 Type II, AD/MFA, encryption, audit logging) and be branded to county guidelines.
