Description
The Minnesota Department of Administration, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Education, seeks proposals for literacy screening tools for students in kindergarten through third grade. The State intends to enter into a contract that can be used by eligible members of Minnesota's Cooperative Purchasing Venture Program. The contract term is anticipated to be from October 2026 to September 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional four years. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $900,000 to $2,400,000.
Key aspects of the proposal include:
• Responders must review and comply with the specifications outlined in Attachment D
• Responders must submit a cost proposal and complete Attachment F: Price Schedule
• Responders must provide equipment sales literature, technical data, or specifications upon request by the State
• The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive or modify any informalities, and negotiate with the highest scoring responder
