Description
The City of Douglasville is seeking a contractor to add 1,801 sf of new construction onto the existing Police Department shop building for motor vehicle repair. The shop expansion will also feature a 1,720-sf open vehicle storage shelter/pavilion. The project includes construction, permits, inspections, on-site management, and quality control. The contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-proposal conference on November 13, 2025.
• The contractor must submit a detailed project schedule and a project fee proposal.
• The contractor must have experience with similar projects in the public sector and municipal facilities.
• The contractor must provide a list of projects completed in the last two years, including project size, cost, and description.
